Lauryn Williams is a four-time Olympian and the first American woman to win medals in both the summer and winter games. When she retired from professional sports, she founded Worth Winning to help young professionals take control of their finances.

Growing up in a family with eight children, Lauryn understood early that money was a tool to help you live the life you want. However, her own experience working with financial planners as a young professional athlete with a six-figure income left her frustrated.
