Laval St Germain is a Canadian adventurer who has so far climbed 6 out of the 7 highest mountains on every continent.. including Everest - without oxygen.

Laval was the first person to ski down from the summit of the highest mountain in Iraq.

In June 2016, Laval successfully rowed solo across the Atlantic Ocean from Halifax in Canada to Brest in France, in 53 days, 8 hours and 26 minutes.

In his day job, Laval is a Boeing 737 Captain for Canadian North Airlines.
