Welcome back everyone to another episode, in todays show the topic is kratom regulations. I came across this article few hours ago. The law makers in California are asking for more regulations of kratom citing concerns over deaths and overdoses.
For many of us that are a part of this community we know very well the information and concerns that they are citing are unfounded and or old unsubstantiated information.
My question is how far should we take regulations, we already have in place many guidelines and a framework that has protected users for years, how much more is needed and should we be listening to law makers who don't have a clue about this plant and use old info to cite dangers.
