Lawmakers propose database of troubled children | Political Update

Georgia lawmakers are considering creating a database that has names of students who may be exhibiting behavior that could point toward a pattern of future violence. Also: a legislator claims he was fired from his job because he voted against Gov. Brian Kemp's tort reform package; kids may be banned from cell phones in schools if Gov. Kemp approves it; Stacey Abrams and the New Georgia Project are in more trouble; and the state's income tax rate continues to fall.
