In the state of Connecticut very few people have a better lacrosse resume than Bob Russell.  We talked about youth lacrosse, high school lacrosse and college. I could barely get a word in edgewise - but that's what you get when you get a lacrosse guy like Bob Russell talking about the game that has defined so much of his life.
