The Lay Back team preview Australian Cup day at Flemington racecourse this Saturday, alongside two Group 1's at Rosehill in the Tancred and Vinery Stud Stakes.

Karl Kaldawi is back again in the hosts seat, after Liam Clancey took the week off on the back of a successful Hamburger bet at Moonee Valley last Saturday. With him is Trent Crebbin, who also joined the club with his Hamburger at Rosehill, and Tom Haylock returns fresh up off a week off, but is wary of a difficult track at Rosehill on Saturday.

This week we debut a new segment called the Lay Back List, with Karl kicking it off with five rules changes he would make in the AFL. The Lay Bin fills up with the far inferior avocado, knee-jerk reactions from the media at the start of the footy season, and overly complicated tech in hotel rooms.
