Focus Scripture: Luke 6:46-49

Why do we call Jesus "Lord" and not practice what he says?

Laying a firm foundation requires:

• Permit (Hebrews 6:1-3) 
• Survey (Jeremiah 17:9-10)
• Excavation
  • clearing (Colossians 3:3-11)
  • digging deep (Jeremiah 17:9-10)
• Laying the foundation (Matthew 16:13-19)
• Testing (Matthew 16:21-27)

The BIG SO WHAT:

In order to build a house that is fully furnished for the Lord's use, a strong firm foundation is required.

This Week's Challenge:

• Read the following scriptures
  • Luke 6:46-49
  • Hebrews 6:1-3
  • Jeremiah 17:9-10
• Pray that God will expose the areas of my heart that need to be healed, then act on it!
• Forgive, Repent, Get Help where needed for deep issues
