Pray this Lazaroo in solemn awareness:

“The Valley Gate was repaired by Hanun and the residents of Zanoah.”

(Nehemiah 3:13)

The Valley Gate is no more, Jesus.

Originally it lay in the west, near the present Jaffa Gate.

But on the 10th of August, A.D. 70, Roman General Titus destroyed Your Holy City.

On the Jewish calendar it was the 9th of Av –

the very day when the King of Babylon burned the Temple in 586 B.C.

What a reminder!
