Which is harder, Jesus –

Enduring pain, setback and heartache

through no fault of my own

or suffering a huge blow between the eyes

that I 100% had coming?

Maybe the latter.

Because if I hadn’t played the fool

all this bad stuff wouldn’t be happening.

Not to mention that when I suffer for doing the right thing

You see it

and promise a reward.
