That’s how I want to live my life, Jesus –

with praise!

Praising You continually for Your mighty acts of power!

Praising You day and night for Your

mercy…forgiveness…wisdom…greatness!

Praising You all the time –

from a heart overflowing with gratitude –

for Your incomprehensible, undeserved love!

But that doesn’t happen automatically

just because I say it and mean it, does it?

For it to become my reality

I have to stay in Deep, Daily, Moment-by-Moment

1on1 relationship with You.

Some who sing from hymnals illuminated by light streaming through stained glass

are unacquainted with the true Light

who came into this world to seek and save the lost.

When I’m forced to journey through a desert of people who hate me

who can spare my life?
