As the former Secretary of the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons, Brandon was the recipient of a pardon by Governor Tom Wolf for previous drug and firearm violations in March of 2019 before being appointed to oversee the agency. After his release from prison in 2010, Brandon has amassed more than a decade of experience working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the private sector as a government relations/public policy specialist.
