LB 676 was advanced by the Health and Human Services Committee to General File as a combination of three separate pieces of legislation proposed: 

LB 701, LB 374 and LB 676.

We will discuss the changes in this podcast as well as two amendments proposed after advancing to General File. Amendment 914 would remove the licensure for certified professional midwives from the bill if passed.
