LCDR Holly Shaffner (ret) USCG discusses her time as an enlisted and officer in the Coast Guard.  Holly is the military liason officer for San Diego State University and discusses that program and transitioning after service.  On campus at SDSU , and worldwide, it is committed to supporting military, military veterans, military spouses, and dependent children in the areas of higher education in outreach/admission, GI Bill benefits, academic success, graduation, and a career.
