Its that time in the offseason where the teams are set, format changes are being made, and the LCS continues on its rollercoaster ride. 2 teams have left the league, meaning the LCS will be be an 8 team league this year, a new commissioner has been announced, and WE ARE FINALLY GETTING THE BROADCAST BACK ON WEEKENDS!!! Stevenmeister and Cobalt give their thoughts on all of these changes, as well as a break down of half of the 8 rosters, with the other half being saved for a part two next week.
