Of course, you can no longer call it punk because they've created two great attractions for everyone downtown Augusta Ga: Le Chat Noir & The Black Cat Picture Show. Le Chat is a local theatre and the Black Cat Picture Show is an INTERNATIONAL film festival that receives hundreds of submissions from all around the world.
