As the founder of Agile in HR, LLC, Mindy brings her expertise to help organizations develop agile and human-centered workplaces. Her extensive knowledge and experience have led her to hold leadership roles at companies such as Care.com, Spiceworks  Ziff Davis, and Expedia, and she served as the Chief People Officer at TCP Software.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mindy is actively involved in non-profit work, serving on the board of Love Justice International. She is also a co-founder of the Austin Women in Agile meetup.
