Nothing belongs to you, everything is Gods (Mark 10:13-16 ).You can not enter into community together with other people in the presence of God without leaders. We need leaders in our lives (Hebrews 13:17). There should not be excuses of leadership but to summit to it. Its Jesus’ idea to have church and a church cant not function with out leaders.
