It's been a minute, but it is LASSO TIME! We get to revisit our favorite manager in this discussion with Marnie Stockman and Nick Coniglio. These two have written an excellent leadership book that ties together all the lessons from Ted Lasso called LEAD IT LIKE LASSO. We really enjoyed diving into their backgrounds, how they came to write the book and some of their favorite moments from our favorite show. Strong recommend on this book!
