Our delight is in the fear of the Lord. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Wisdom is what we ask for when we are tempted. What exactly is our temptation when we are sad or shell shocked about some situation. How do you respond to the rhetoric of your mind in its persuasive unrelenting ways? This is what we should do, stop pause and give audience to the Lord, you humbly ask the Holy Spirits' help and he will guide you through.

Greater is He that is in you than in the world.
