Lead vs. Lag Indicators

This week, I'm tackling one of the biggest reasons coaches + entrepreneurs slow down their growth the most: which is when they only focus on a small sliver of the entirety of their growth.

When you only focus on Lag Indicators in your business, you end up feeling impatient, graspy, hustley and needy for results.

You get frustrated, jaded, need to take "breaks" from your business, pause, take your foot off the gas, pivot your business or quit entirely.

When you focus on Lead Indicators, by contrast, you end up skyrocketing your results without putting in more hours + effort.

Because the truth is, if you focus on Lead Indicators consistently, the Lag Indicators will take care of themselves.
