Jennifer Jones, VP of Marketing at TIDI Products, has spent the last two decades in Medical Devices in various sales and marketing roles. While at the core she is a marketer, she has come to realize that her passion is developing leaders. Most look at leadership as a by-product of a functional skill set, but in fact it is a unique skill set that takes practice and tons of application to get better. At this stage in her career, this is the cornerstone of her work. Daily, she has the privilege of leading a talent group of over 30 individuals in product marketing, marketing communications, product development and new product development, developing and supporting leaders to make a lasting impact in healthcare. 

To support more leaders, Jennifer recently launched a podcast focused on leadership development, Virtual Leadership Coffee Chat with JJ, practical advice that is immediately applicable to improve leadership. Jennifer’s belief is that if you focus on really getting to know your people, getting organized, listening to understand, asking questions before telling, and leading with humility, there is no limit to your success as a leader. 

Outside of this work, she spends most time with her husband of almost 17 years and her 6 year-old son. This includes assisting her husband, Music Director at their local church.
