It's the most wonderful time of the year!
 
I know, I know. Now you’ll have that song stuck in your head all day. But is that really a bad thing?

We’ve all said it, but this bears repeating: 2020 has definitely been a unique year. We’ve lived through things we had never imagined. If you’re trying to wind down, as the year comes to a close, why not take a little time to reflect?

Spend some time taking inventory of the challenges you’ve faced, and how you have addressed them. Look at what you’ve accomplished, and determine how you can refresh yourself and roll into 2021 with a little more compassion—for yourself and those around you.

Today, we take a little time to share some reflections with you. How about grabbing your favorite beverage and spending a couple of minutes listening and doing a little reflecting of your own?
