I hear from a lot of people that they want to practice being servant leaders. As good as it is as a concept, most of the time, trying to practice this takes a toll on the leaders since in the process they tend to neglect themselves. And I have even talked to some leaders who feel guilty when they take the time or take care of themselves. And it happens to the best of us. I also experience this from time to time. This is why I always remember this book. It is a great reminder that I go through over and over again.
