Leaders are Made. Not Born. They Learn to Communicate Well.
Yup, I said. Again.
Among other things, leaders are excellent communicators.
This helps to remind us that leadership is a communication-based skill that can be learned. Remember, my friends, skills can be practiced. They can be honed. They can be mastered.
One path to leadership development we often gloss over is the one from the inside out. In this episode, we will talk about seven steps to enhancing your leadership and learning more about yourself in the process.
Communication Challenge -- Your Leadership Life Story
We're going deep this week my friends! But if we don't take the time to think about where we've been, how the heck can we have an idea of where we're headed?
Take out a sheet of paper.
Draw a horizontal line.
Make note of your successes, your failures, and your pivotal moments.
Do your greatest achievements come after setbacks? Or are you more of a step-by-step kinda person?
This week's episode will likely give you a name for your leadership life story.
