Jean Treuthart established a successful career in business before making the transition to higher education administration where she has practiced servant leadership for more than twenty years. Her areas of expertise include building high-performing teams, implementing exceptional customer service models and creating personal empowerment pathways. She earned a master's degree in cultural communications from the College of Notre Dame and considers herself to be a lifelong learner. Jean lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband, also an educator, and has a grown daughter in the Los Angeles area.
