What can educational leaders do at their school to promote social justice and equity?  We learn from an example of Park Day School in Oakland California as well as some of the host's experiences that tie social justice and equity with parent action groups, classroom lessons, character education, activism, and learning to help shape tomorrow's responsible, civically, and ethically minded citizens.
