Leaders Are Extra
A leader is a person who is calling people forward.
Forward progress toward a vision always requires more effort, not less.
Matthew 5:41 If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles.
Leaders go the extra mile.
A good question to ask is: what would my church look like if everyone did just like me.
