On this episode, we talk about reaching pass all your limitations. Today we push way beyond our comfort zones and what we’re capable of. 

Battles aren’t won from the playgrounds or back offices. True leaders lead from the front lines. What if you're leading a leader within your household? We talk about alpha males but what about alpha females? They do exist and you may be living with one. As the alpha male that you know you are has to lead the way for your family and set the example for those around you. But you have to lead and guide your alpha female that's leading others. 

What I've come to learn over the past 3 years of marriage and in all honesty I saw it right before I got married but I really didn't understand it until I experienced it last year.

It takes a very special man to be with a very special woman. What does that mean? 

If you're not willing to settle for an average female. You will be forced to push yourself well beyond what you think your limitations are.  

I've read a lot of leadership books and how to be the Alpha male, seeking some sort of guidance.

For some of you, you're just like me you never had a father figure. Someone showing you how to navigate this thing called life. If you're reading this or listened to the podcast you're not an average person and you're not seeking an average Partner. 

That puts you in a very special small percentage of males. Learning to be a leader is hard, learning to lead a leader will pull something out of you you've never seen before.

Homework:

1. Are you settling? Do you deserve more?
2. Either you're leaving or you're following what are you doing?
3. Are you harnessing the best in your girlfriend, fiance or wife?
4. What level do you have to rise to an order to lead the leader around you?
