Learning to look at everyone you meet as a teacher is an invaluable tool on your journey to conscious leadership. You see, there are two sides to the coin there. On one side, we get to admire other's greatness and see qualities we'd love to emulate. And on the other side, we see things we don't want to become or qualities we don't want to adopt. Either way, we're learning.
