Most leaders struggle with feedback. Both giving it and receiving it. And, the funny thing is it that it does not get easier even as they go up the ranks.

As executive coaches we have a privileged view of the process as many, many times we are in conversation with both the giver and receiver of the feedback, and so we have a line of sight into what both are experiencing.

So, in our conversation today, let’s talk about some aspects of giving feedback, and the challenges that we see leaders grappling with around this issue.

Our objective today is for you to think about what you might be doing that needs to be improved …and to take some baby steps to make positive changes in the way you GIVE Feedback..
