We've all had a manager that just rubbed us the wrong way. That person would simply demand but never reciprocate and just make the environment dreadful. However, if we were lucky, we also had a manager we could look up to. That manager would go above and beyond and make the environment, not only enjoyable, but effective. We call these types of managers, leaders.
