And another 2020 study, 76% of employees described their boss as toxic.
How many studies do we have to see what a majority of leadership styles today aren't working?
Poor leadership practices never start with one person. Bad practices snowball after years of being afraid of other leaders with the same traits, or assuming that being tough is the only way to alleviate stress and pressure.
Unfortunately, it has the opposite effect.
Being a leader today is HARD. And the only remedy is to see the scary stuff in ourselves we don't like and be kind and productive about what we want to change in ourselves.
How do you create a legacy you'll be proud of at the end of every day? And where do you start?
