Dana has also sat on a Union Board and served as a shop steward for three years, ensuring employees receive their employment rights; and specialized in LGBTQ+ employees' rights and policies. Furthermore, Dana has over seventeen years of experience providing LGBTQ+ advocacy services, social justice services and training to the Bay Area.
