Chris has over 25 years of experience as an Air Force fighter pilot (F-16, F-15) and Thunderbird pilot.  He has deployed eight times in support of Operations Northern/Southern Watch, Allied Force, Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Odyssey Dawn.  He also participated in the shoot-down of a MiG-29 during the conflict in Kosovo in 1999.  He joins me today to discuss these experiences and how they have shaped his leadership philosophy.   Chris can be reached at LinkedIn under Chris "Dbal" Austin.
