I am an eternal optimist and that ethos extends to my faith in human possibility and human potential for greatness, goodness and change. My journey has been circuitous and rich in the experiences that I have had across industries, countries, diverse groups of people and careers. This expanse of experience and encounters has provided me an unshakeable foundation from which to draw on in order to truly understand the complexity and diversity of human beings and their lived experiences.

I am a committed and passionate about Self-Leadership and my powerful personal presence embodies this. I am meticulous in my expression of authentic leadership and rigorous in enticing that from others through compassionate and conscious coaching support.
