While it is difficult and painful at first, it can eventually transform the fortunes of an organization and set a foundation for consistent growth. 


Today, I’m joined by Bracken Darrell, the CEO  of Logitech. Under his decade-long leadership, the company has reinvented itself into an award-winning design company, an industry force in pursuing a more sustainable and equitable world, and a top performer on the SIX Swiss stock exchange and NASDAQ. He is a proponent of design and the liberal arts in business, especially of their role in innovating product experiences for consumers.


In this episode, he shares with us his leadership style and how he got into the world of design, some of the factors that have led to the Company’s consistent growth over the last 7 years, and  his thoughts on culture and why it needs to keep on growing.
