Francesca McDowall is the author of Surviving Spiritual Abuse – Hope Healing & Restoration for those who’ve experienced hurt and also the founder of the ReStart Project. She is passionate about supporting individuals heal, be made whole and pursue God’s purpose for their life.

Francesca holds a MA in Coaching and Mentoring, a BSc in Psychology and is the Founder and Director of Elevate Coaching & Consultancy Ltd. An experienced Managing Director, Inspirational Speaker, Leadership Coach and Award Winning Mentor, she works with individuals and groups on their personal and professional goals. Francesca is also a published author and serves as a life group leader in her local church based in the UK.
