This podcast episode will review the experiences of two clinical pharmacy specialists as they established their own pharmacy practice site. In addition to transitioning from a pharmacy resident to a clinical specialist, each speaker has demonstrated the need for a clinical pharmacist to medical teams who previously practiced without this resource. The speakers will discuss the challenges they faced and how they overcame these barriers.
