Michael Bungay Stainer is the senior partner at Box of Crayons, a learning development company that helps organizations do less good work and more great work while becoming curiosity-led.

In this interview, I talk with Michael about leadership and doing great work. Keep in mind that when I talk about leadership I'm not just talking about CEOs and people who lead teams at work. We lead in many different arenas in our lives. Maybe you are a leader at work and maybe you are a leader at home or as a parent. Think about what arenas you lead in and how you can develop your leadership in those areas.

The first part of our conversation revolves around the concepts of bad work, good work, and great work. We discuss how the stories of your past peak moments contain the seeds for your future great work. Later, we talk about many facets of leadership and influence.
