Pauline Shirley is an exceptional leader! She is founder of a small business, Leaders on Fire; Past President of Toastmasters International, and founder of WOVI, Inc. (Women of Visionary Influence). She honed her leadership skills as she  moved often and traveled extensively with her military husband and two children. In this interview she tells of her vast leadership experiences. She does not look at overcoming breast cancer and brain surgery as challenges, she is so focused on the opportunities in life. Pauline does get emotional sometimes as a result of the brain surgery.
