In this episode of the leadership growth series. I am joined by Simon Haigh a thought leader in leadership. We deep dived into the challenges of being in leadership and how teams manage through poor leadership and the impact this has on culture, passion and overall job satisfaction.

We discussed challenges that leaders face in the present and how previous authoritarian styles have impacted those changes in the workplace.
