What does Leadership in the Home mean to you?

On this week's episode of the podcast I was honored to interview my step daughter, Kennedy Watts! She is an incredible 17 year old who is running her own business as a Life Coach, and through key leadership skills instilled in the home is on pace to create and run several other businesses.

The main topic we discuss in this interview is how leading your children in the home creates responsible and fulfilled adults. Other topics in this episode include overcoming obstacles, establishing disciplined routines, and how goal setting can create a focused mission in all areas of your life. 

Many people throughout our society look on our future generations with concern, however this interview is another example of how our time spent with the next generation can set them on a path of major impact through their hearts of passion and generosity. Enjoy!
