You don't lead people by command,you lead by example.,you serve people with your influence and impacts,nobody can lead anyone without solving a global goal.

My experience in the few year is very deep,as a leader allow people to be the their real self don't shape them tell them your views share opinion with them, know that as a leader you help people to unleash themselves allow everyone to be the real version of themselves

Never in your life tell people you are serving to do it if you will not.

If you have the opportunity to lead the best ideas might not be yours but as a team player in your capacity to serve,learn how to use your capability to enrich people's life.

My watchword for you this week is to be a servant leader and think millennial and help everyone that come in contact with you to grow.

Remember to help people with what you have and remember you can't give what you don't have so learn to serve and not to lead note at the end the word #LEADERSHIP means service to humanity which is the best work of life. #TPI .
