It is God’s idea that we should follow leadership. There are many attributes of good leadership that we should  all recognise and endeavour to attain. Having said this we have liberty to embrace our personal leadership differences and strengths. We should lead  ourselves with our heads and others with our hearts. We  are all called to be not only good leaders but also good followers.
