Leadership is often thought of as a noun. When you think of leadership, who or what comes to mind? Often we think about a particular leader that has influenced or shaped history or an organization though her or his time in a leadership role. It's something that you practice regularly as you inspire and influence others toward a common purpose. This week's Leadership Genius podcast is about understanding leadership as a verb; putting knowledge in to action.
