How silly is it to believe that the one leading or is the face of an organization is the key to it's success!

If you truly are a leader, you wouldn't bat an eyelid to affirm that results, long term and sustaining are created by the team, the individuals contributing and doing the work to move the organization ahead.

A leader just has the privilege of leading and representing them. The success of an organization isn't just about the leader but about the people who work there.
