In this episode we launch into Season 2, where I am focusing in on Ladies  in Leadership. I have tweaked my usual 5 questions and am asking our ladies about their workplace challenges, their memorable moments, what their experience of employer expectations are, the critical skills that are needed for the future, and their best advice for young Gen Z women about to launch into their career journeys. 

My first guest for the Season is the energetic and inspiring Stacey Morgan, the Founder and Principal of Port Macquarie Performing Arts, who is also a global Podcast Producer operating Morgan Media, and is currently a finalist in the Telstra Business women’s Awards 2020. Stacey shares with us her leadership learnings and insights, and her best advice to our young up and coming women.
