Welcome Allies to a NEW series!
For a while now I have been asked to put some LEADERSHIP material on this platform. I discuss some of these topics at a minimum within AA, but now, in its own branch called Leadership Lessons, you will now get a deeper dive into them.
The first topic is all about EGO and how to beat it.
It is a topic I think Leaders of all ages and backgrounds should be aware of.
What is it? When is EGO a bad thing? How do you know when you let EGO control a decision?
These are all questions I answer as we delve into the human mind and discover that the voice you hear in your head, is not always the right one!
