Ryan Patton was one of the high school football coaches who's leadership I really learned a lot from. In his days at SIU he was given the nickname "General Patton" or simply said "The General" for his leadership ability on and off the field. Needless to say, this guy is brilliant and truly embodies the Lead By Example idea. It was a joy to be able to sit down with him, extract some value bombs, and share them with you guys.
