At last year’s Page Annual Conference, we were fortunate to speak with Ron Williams, the former CEO of Aetna, and now CEO and Chairman of RW2 Enterprises. Ron shared some of the lessons from his experience as a Black CEO and what companies should be doing to ensure enterprise leadership is more diverse.
